Please note that we do not guarantee job offers, interviews, or any specific outcome, our role is limited to crafting high quality applications for you, and the ultimate decision to hire or interview rests with the employers.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when using our services. This includes, but is not limited to, providing genuine educational qualifications and work history. Any misrepresentation or falsification of information may result in termination of our services.

All payments made for our services are non-refundable once we have submitted job applications on your behalf. Since we perform work immediately upon receiving your instructions, we cannot offer refunds for services rendered. However, if we fail to submit applications as promised, you may be eligible for a partial refund.

We prioritize the security and confidentiality of your personal data. We will never share or sell your CV or any other information provided to us. Your data will be stored securely and deleted after 90 days of inactivity.

We are not responsible for any of the following:

• Employer rejections or decisions not to hire.
• Failure to secure interviews or job offers.
• Any scams or fraudulent activities perpetrated by third parties.
• Errors or inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. If we make any changes, we will notify you via email. Your continued use of our services after receiving notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
